Moot Court

Moot Court is part of the student co-curriculum and an essential subject in the final semester of our three-year LLB program. The students are assigned a calculative and well-framed case problem that they have to solve. Instead, they have to design key arguments both on behalf of the plaintiff and the defendant/respondent. A supplemented guideline and argument supported by case laws is well preferred and awarded as well.

On completion, they have to prepare a proper moot file that will get them the right marks and accolades in the final viva aided by practical exposure during their internships with assigned advocates appointed by the MCL Moot Court society.

Court / Institutional Visits

We believe the best exposure we can give to our students is through practical visits. If it's the constitution or any subject of law, a practice of the same will be beneficial when they will go to the actual place of practice and see the real picture of everything that is taught to them. Therefore, we organize court visits especially, Supreme court, High Court and District Courts visits, Lok Adalat, Police Station, Parliament of India, Mediation Centre, Indian Council of Arbitration ,NHRC,NCW,Labour Court Ghaziabad ,Dasna Jail ,Tihar Jail ,Mandoli Jail , PM Museam, Amrit Udhyan and other Financial Institutions etc. The best part of these visits is that students are able to understand the pattern of court conduct, professional code of conduct and the required skills they need to stand up in this legal litigation world.

National / International Days

We celebrate and host functions on special occasions like UN Day, Constitution Day, Human Rights Day, Yoga Day, Labour Day, etc. to inform students about the historical reasoning behind these days and to make them aware of the prominence of struggle behind the victory of these revolutionary days we celebrate.

Extra-Curricular Activities

Besides Co-Curriculum activities, we also conduct quizzes, seminars, Inter-college debates competition, Article and essay writing, JAM sessions, and Extempore speaking in order to enhance the overall development of students. This is aimed at developing their Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Interview skills, Leadership Skills & Research and Logical Abilities.
